Excellent yoga class and instructor. Im a yoga practitioner and Tristan was very skilled. The perfect combination of stretching, strength and relaxation. My practice turned out to be just me and he tailored the class to my ability, checked in to adjust the flow and offered a few corrections and helped me push my practice in the right way. I can only imagine a more full class would be the same. The space was lovely and felt private. 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to go back.

This was my second yoga class and it was just as wonderful as the first! Tristen is a fantastic teacher, very friendly, and provides a great workout! Took several friends with me and all of them raved about how much they enjoyed the class. This is going to be a must do every time I’m in PV.

Clothing optional yoga session for all levels of fitness and experiences. Tristan is doing a great job helping the beginners and challenges the advanced yogis.

I am totally new to yoga…and would highly recommend Tristan and this experience. Safe, inviting and scaled to meet you where you are. This is a non-sexual experience…but liberating and challenging. His gentle coaching was helpful. And he’s a handsome man to admire while sweating.

I had a great experience going to Tristan's naked yoga class. He is very inclusive and attentive to everyone's needs and level.
Situated in a Men only Hostel, the class is held on a covered roof top terrace that is great for the practice in the heat of Puerto Vallarta which is great for stretching.
Access to the shower after the class was much appreciated and I felt energized and grateful for his practice, ready to begin the day.
Tristan radiates great energy and I would have loved to be able to go every day!
